Zinc spraying

Within our diverse portfolio, zinc coating applied through a spraying process is offered as an alternative to hot-dip galvanizing. This is an ideal solution for construction parts that are too big for the galvanizing basins or if the zinc coating is only to be partially applied.

Additionally, if the construction part is too delicate and would otherwise thermally deform, zinc coating is ideal. During the zinc spraying process, wires of 99% zinc are melted
in oxy-acetylene and then sprayed on a prepared surface using compressed air. To achieve the maximum anti-corrosion protection, the zinc sprayed surface is then sealed with a finishing layer of epoxy and a UV-resistant coating.
